Access Keys

Access keys are keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate the main pages on this site including homepage, search, sitemap and the contact us page.

How to use the access keys

For PC Using the latest version of Firefox

Press the ALT key, the Shift key and the access key at the same time. For example, pressing ALT + Shift + 2 will take you to the site map.

For PC Using Internet Explorer 6 - 9

Press the ALT key and the access key at the same time, release both keys, and press Enter. For example, pressing ALT + 9, releasing, then pressing Enter will take you to the contact us page.

For Mac Using Firefox 2.0

Press the Control key, the Shift key and the access key at the same time. For example, pressing CTRL + Shift +3 will take you to the search page.

Font re-sizing

There are common keyboard shortcuts that can make text bigger within your browser.

Internet Explorer 5.5+

Select the 'View' menu, then 'Text Size', and then your chosen size (or if you have a mouse wheel simply hold down CTRL and roll the mouse wheel to alter the text size).

Firefox 1.0+

Select the 'View' menu, then 'Text Size', and then select decrease or increase. Alternatively select CTRL + + or CTRL + -. If you have a mouse wheel, simply hold down CTRL and roll the mouse wheel to alter the text size.

Opera 7.0+

Select the 'View' menu, then 'Zoom', and then select the percentage increase or decrease you require. Alternatively select CTRL + + or CTRL + -.

Safari 1.2+ (Mac)

Select the 'View' menu, then 'Make Text Bigger' or 'Make Text Smaller'. Alternatively select Apple Key + + or Apple Key + -

Google Chrome 1.0+

Select the page menu at the top right, then 'Zoom', then 'Larger' or 'Smaller'. Alternatively select CTRL + + or CTRL + -. If you have a mouse wheel, simply hold down CTRL and roll the mouse wheel to alter the text size.
