Saturday 28th-Sunday 29th October, Dunedin City Library

A weekend of all things costume. Come dressed up and be a part of the show!

Other than on your ultimate fantasy dinner guest list, where could you expect to see Princess Leia dancing with morris men, or steampunk pirates battling it out with the Waitati Militia?

When in your wildest dreams would you be witness to a conversation between Queen Elizabeth I and David Bowie, or hear a rockabilly band jamming with a Renaissance quartet?

All things are possible at the 2017 Carnival of Costume!

Proudly supported by Dunedin Gasworks Museum and the Dunedin Medieval and Renaissance Society

Visitors are welcome to dress up and be part of the spectacle

Check the Carnival of Costume Facebook page for updates.
