September’s Talk: An Enabling Approach to Heritage
September’s guest speaker is Glen Hazelton Kaiwhakahaere Matua Whanake Director Organisational Development of Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga. Glen will talk about his experience working in Dunedin and the elements that contributed to successful heritage projects in the city. He will focus on the importance of a collaborative approach where building owners, local authorities and other stakeholders work together closely as well as the importance of a bit of optimism and a bit of aspirational thinking!
