Investigating the role of libraries in enabling access to digital technology and services.

We are supporting a research project being conducted by Massey University and Public Libraries New Zealand which investigates, from the perspective of the library user, the role of libraries in enabling access to digital technology and services.

In particular it focuses on “access, capabilities, motivation and trust” aspects of digital inclusion as identified by Internet New Zealand as being key to overcoming the digital divide and ensuring universal access to the internet.

The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and puts you in a prize draw to win one of two tablets (worth about $300 each). To enter, you will need to provide your name and contact details at the end of the survey.
