Ignition Children's Book Festival 2019

The prizes for the Best Nest Design competition were presented on Saturday 9th November during the Ignition Festival Book Day. All entries are now on display at the Information Centre at the Dunedin Botanic Garden so families, friends and visitors to the Garden can enjoy them until the end of January. At that time, we can make arrangements to return individual entries to the schools concerned. 

The competition was judged by Professor Tobias Danielmeier of the Otago Polytechnic School of Architecture. The full list of winners are: 


1st place – Reid Park Kindergarten, Bug Playground

3rd place – East Taieri Preschool, Ice Cream house
